My career began in New York City, where I spent over 15 years building a successful career in advertising sales, marketing, and promotions across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle magazines.

After marrying and starting a family, I moved to Greenwich, Connecticut. When my children reached elementary school, I was ready for a new chapter. I had always loved fashion and beautiful things, and a chance meeting with Michelle Morgan Harrison gave me the opportunity to work alongside one of the most talented woman I have ever met. I spent a decade with Morgan Harrison Home, learning from the ground up what it takes to build a successful interior design business while immersing myself in a world I love.

It was an invaluable experience. After navigating some unexpected hurdles beginning in 2017, I found myself at another turning point. By 2020, I was ready for the next chapter and launched my own company, Marcia Noble Design.

My design philosophy is simple: Keep it Pretty.

The design process is about discovering what my clients love and translating their ideas into a home that truly reflects who they are—bringing their vision to life.

I believe in working hard, paying attention to my clients' ideas, and really listening to what they “see.” I want the process to be fun, collaborative, and very personal. Most of all, I want to pass along to my clients something I feel every day:
